Wine Tasting
There are basic rules for a correct and pleasure tasting. It can be emphasized:

Place
The place shall have good light and absence of odor.
Amount
Normally the wine is put in the glass in lower amount than the middle of its capacity.
Glasses
It has to let the embossment of all qualities picked up by our senses: sight, smell, palate and touch. The best glasses are that made of crystal and glass.
Temperature
The red wine has to be served at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC, the white wine between 11 and 13ºC and the sparkling wines between 5 and 7ºC.
Sequence
It is important to have a sequence while tasting. The first wines to be tasted have to be the youngest and light, followed by the old and full-bodied.
