It is a fine and delicate sparkling, prepared with a cut of Chardonnay and Riesling wines, elaborated by the Charmat method. Its colour is straw yellow, presenting clear and bright. It has intense and fruity aromas, with a subtle touch toasting. It shows in its perlage fine and persistent bubbles. Its taste is slightly sweet, harmonizing perfectly with its marked acidity.
