The vintage was initiated with the grapes designated to white wines and sparkling wines elaboration. These grapes are: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling Itálico and Prosecco. “The grapes were harvested with a specific analysis of the sugar/acidity relation,   over there good sanity, what will certainly results in ideal acidity and high quality sparkling wines” says the winemaker Ricardo Morari. “We received the grapes White Muscat and Malvasia di Candia for the elaboration of our traditional Muscat sparkling wine. These grapes have characteristic aroma of honey and flowers. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Marselan are the principal red grapes. In this case, a especial attention was payed during the selection, looking for have a good maturation and excellent quality wines”, completed him.
