Ingredients

  • - 500 g of mascarpone cheese
  • - 150 grams of biscuit "champagne" type
  • - 4 eggs
  • - Express coffee or strong coffee
  • - 70 g of sugar
  • - 100 ml of Marsala wine or liqueur
  • - Cocoa

Method of preparation

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Stir the mascarpone with a spoon until it runs out of clumps and add to the compost along with the Marsala. Beat the clear snow and join the cream gently.

Wet the biscuits in the coffee until they are embedded. Go up the dessert in a side, alternating layers of cream and cookies. Finally place a layer of cream and cocoa.
